Inquiry
Offer standard price
Place sample order and arrange sample delivery
● Order
■ Verify the prices matches with what was quoted
■ Check with PMC for delivery schedule before confirming ship date to customers
■ Issue Proforma Invoice (P/I) to customer and send to customer for sign back.
■ Issue S/I (internal production order) with full details
■ Follow up with customer on L/C issuance, payment for deposit and balance payment.
■ Approval of samples and/ or print-proofs of printed matters
■ Issue S/I amendments for any changes of order details
■ Schedule inspection date with customer if they need to do inspection
■ Issue shipment notice for arrangement of transportation
■ Make booking for shipment to be effected from China
Develop OEM project
■ Contact with customer and engineering people for tooling cost and production cost
■ Proceed with tooling after customer confirmation and payment
■ Follow up till mock up and pilot run
Meeting with customer
Make arrangement before customer’s coming
Arrange the pick up when customer is coming
